This outdoor entertaining area has been thoughtfully transformed into a refined extension of the home, designed for both functionality and relaxed coastal living.

The project encompassed a full external upgrade, integrating custom decking, tailored landscaping and high end painting finishes to create a cohesive and inviting environment. The decking was carefully constructed to provide a durable, level foundation while enhancing the natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Its clean lines and premium finish establish a strong architectural base for the entire area.

Surrounding the deck, the landscaping was meticulously planned to complement the coastal setting, incorporating natural textures and low-maintenance plant selections that soften the space while maintaining a structured, modern aesthetic. Each element was positioned to maximise usability, privacy, and visual appeal.

The painting component brought the entire project together, with a carefully selected palette designed to withstand the coastal climate while elevating the overall look of the home. Attention to surface preparation and finish ensures long-term durability and a consistently high standard of presentation.

Beachside Bagels

This is a project we’re incredibly proud of, Beachside Bagels asked us to design and construct their new fitout at Port Noarlunga. 

When the team came to us with an abundance of creative ideas, we worked closely to transform them into practical, buildable solutions—layering texture, character, and atmosphere throughout the space.

The project evolved constantly and was delivered within a tight timeframe, making it a true labour of love. It’s the kind of space we’d happily sit in, sipping black coffee, for years to come.

Bluewater Beachouse 

We completed a comprehensive renovation of the Bluewater Beach House, transforming it into a stylish coastal retreat now listed on Airbnb. The works included an extensive full-house renovation with refreshed finishes and carefully detailed stonework that adds texture, character, and durability to the home’s beachside aesthetic.

Externally, the property was enhanced with thoughtful landscaping, creating inviting outdoor spaces that complement the relaxed coastal setting and improve both functionality and street appeal. Every element was designed to flow seamlessly, delivering a light, fresh, and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

The result is a beautifully renovated beach house that balances comfort, craftsmanship, and coastal charm—an outcome we are extremely proud of and one that offers guests a memorable stay in Moana.
