We completed a comprehensive renovation of the Bluewater Beach House, transforming it into a stylish coastal retreat now listed on Airbnb. The works included an extensive full-house renovation with refreshed finishes and carefully detailed stonework that adds texture, character, and durability to the home’s beachside aesthetic.

Externally, the property was enhanced with thoughtful landscaping, creating inviting outdoor spaces that complement the relaxed coastal setting and improve both functionality and street appeal. Every element was designed to flow seamlessly, delivering a light, fresh, and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

The result is a beautifully renovated beach house that balances comfort, craftsmanship, and coastal charm—an outcome we are extremely proud of and one that offers guests a memorable stay in Moana.
