Our Moana Project
Render texture paint blueboard alfresco, flush gyprock ceiling and sand ready for paint, paint ceiling, gap and paint band/back wall
Our team has been hard at work with a fantastic project based in Moana. Using render texture paint on blueboard, we have transformed this home into a modern masterpiece.
The Alfresco area was fixed with blueboard sheets, then flushed and sanded ready for paint. Given the smooth surface of the blueboard, we applied Dulux’s render texture paint onto it which has given the surface a unique and textured appearance, adding depth and character.
Due to the home being two storey’s we established scaffolding to ensure a safe workspace for the team. The upper storey features beige coloured bricks so we applied a couple coats of render, making sure we got a smooth finish, then finished it off with a few coats of paint.
The window ledges of the second storey proved challenging given the conditions, but we’re always up for a challenge and managed to achieve an incredible result that both us and the client are extremely happy with.
