Our Morphett Vale Project
While we offer services for smaller jobs, large scale projects like full home renovations are a personal favourite of ours and thatβs exactly what this home in Morphett Vale involved.
Given the scale of this project, we spread our team across multiple areas of the home to complete the job in record time.
The home had some minor damage from general wear and tear over the years, with things like a damaged fascia, and some cracks to the cornices. We got stuck in repairing these, then split our team up into two groups with some tackling the inside of the home, while the others approached the outside.
Once the internal repairs were complete, the team prepared drop sheets and taped up the windows and architraves, ready to put the rollers and brushes to work.
On the outside of the home, the other team was cleaning the fence getting it ready for a fresh spray of Colourbond Monument paint. The gutters, downpipes, timber posts and external windows were also getting a coat of paint so we lightly sanded these to prepare the surface.
Just like the fence, the carport was also due for some much needed TLC. We kicked things off with a coat of black paint to the exposed wooden beams, before finishing the bricks off with a couple coats of ash grey paint to add some contrast to the white ceiling and black timber beams.
After a few long dayβs work and a mountain of paint, both the interior and exterior of the home looked brand new.
